How rating works
Start at 1,000 in each pool. Human-only games default to Ranked; you can choose Unranked before creating the game. Bot and training games are always Unranked. Only games created under this system count.
Stronger opposition means more points for a win and fewer lost for defeat. FFA rewards the winner against each opponent; elimination order adds no penalty. Teams share the result, including eliminated teammates. Rating changes are calculated once at game completion.
The first 10 rated games in each pool are provisional. Afterwards, military rank follows your rating: Private, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel, Brigadier, General and Field Marshal. Ranks can rise or fall with rating.
Draws compare surviving sides as tied; sides already eliminated receive losses. Mutual destruction with no survivors is a draw with no rating movement. Resigning an FFA game is a loss when the game finishes. In teams, the final shared team result applies. Administrator-ended games do not award points. Your profile shows the rating history.
Military rank thresholds
Ranks unlock after 10 rated games in the relevant pool. Below 900, the established rank is Recruit.
